Donation Completion & Delivery
Our commitment is heartfelt and sincere:
We aim to complete each donation within 24 hours.
For occasion–based donations like birthdays, we arrange the donation with warmth, joy and emotional value — including wishes, cake/food distribution, and recorded moments that you can treasure. It allows you to spread happiness even from miles away.
Occasion-Based Donation Timeline
💛 If a donor contributes 7 days before a birthday/occasion, the donation is completed one day before the birthday with love and care.
So that the video can be sent to you on your birthday without any delay and if you want, you can donate in advance and organize the same day celebration.
💛 If the donation is made on the birthday itself, the delivery time still remains within 24 hours.
🟢 When Refunds Are Applicable
We understand that emotions matter more than money.
So if, due to our mistake or delay, your expectations are not met — you may request a refund.
Refund will be provided in the following cases:
- If we fail to complete the donation within 24 hours.
- If the donation was made 7 days before a birthday, but the delivery was done after the birthday.
- If we mistakenly pronounce the wrong name, use the wrong relation or message during wishes.
In these situations, we will respectfully process a refund — because your trust means more to us than the amount.
🔴 Refund May Not Be Possible If
The donation was successfully delivered on time and recorded proof was shared.
Incorrect spelling or details were provided by the donor.
Refund is requested without a valid emotional or time–based reason.
Because the donation amount directly supports food, care, warmth and smiles for real people in need.
